Good place for value for money. The first floor is not recommended.

Dheev Jeju was good value for money because it was off-peak season. I stayed on the 2nd floor and it was nice to have a view of the sea. I think it would be a good idea to go as a couple. There is a convenience store at the entrance to the pension. It's not 24 hours^^

1. What was good 1) It is quiet and is a bit far from Sehwa Beach (6-7 minutes by taxi, 40-50 minutes on foot), so it would be good for those who want to spend a quiet time. 2) It wasn’t cold. The hot water worked well, so I stayed warm and cozy. 3) There was a convenience store right next door, so I was able to buy what I needed at any time. It's open until 10 o'clock. 4) Simple dishes such as plates, cups, scissors, and pots are provided. 5) Friendly owner 2. What was disappointing 1) The design was too weak for soundproofing. I stayed on the first floor, but I could hear the sounds of chairs being pulled and showering from upstairs, people going up and down the stairs on the second floor, and music from the wood-fired pizza shop next door without any filtering. It was fortunate that the people on the second floor were quiet... otherwise, I would have refunded the money. 2) The blanket had a musty smell. It was a bit... I didn't mention it because it was annoying. Is it because of the coronavirus that customers have not been here for a long time...? 3) The biggest disappointment was the tinted glass... All rooms had ocean views, so I deliberately made reservations even though they were far away from Sehwa Beach or Seongsan... I didn't know they were tinted... I didn't realize it when I checked in in the evening, but in the morning I opened the curtains. I was so disappointed. If it was for privacy reasons, I think curtains would have been enough. 3. Overall review Decent accommodation. Even though the price is relatively cheap, I think I will look for other accommodations in a similar price range.

Overall, a cold house. The review said it was cold, so I went there thinking it would be ok even though it was the end of April, but the heat on the floor made me cold if I didn't cover myself with a blanket. Luckily, I had an electric blanket on my bed so I could keep it on. The water pressure is weak, but warm water comes out well. The advantage here is that the building is pretty and has a good view of the sea because it is all glass, but you have to close the curtains at night because the glass is slightly visible from the outside.

When the air conditioner is running, the rattling noise is so loud... I contacted the owner and a man came and listened to the sound. After hearing the noise, I was told that the air conditioner was old so this noise was normal... (It's so absurd...) He left without doing anything, so I checked the air conditioner. The case wasn't closed properly, so I closed it and the sound went down a bit. (I don't know when the air conditioner was maintained or not... there was so much dust...) ※ The refrigerator cries too loudly... so I just unplug the cord and sleep...
