Rooms are a little bit small in size (for example, for 3 pax per room as shown in the photo) but it's clean and cozy. Other than that, it's a great place to stay. The staff are very accommodating and patient - asked for a chicken and beer place, staff even printed out a copy of a map to show us. Breakfast buffet spread is quite good, they even have extended tables in the lobby. Location is good - e.g. there's a nearby 24-hour laundry service, quite a few 24-hour convenience stores and even a park at the back.

The hotel is pretty new so everything is in a good state. It's just a few minutes from a main street with restaurants and shops (although it's a small area compared to Seoul, but I guess you didn't come to Jeju for these things...). There is a nice rooftop we used to be by the end of the day for a small snack and coffee/tea.

I like that the room I booked was huge - a King sized and a single sized bed, with a super huge bathroom (rain shower) and automatic toilet system. The bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. I also liked it that they had their own basement carpark, as the parking here in the city is awfully crowded. However, the equipment in the hotel looks generally worn out. I was disappointed because of the lack of maintenance. Lots of wear and tear, frays, stains on lounge chairs. (Photo here is at the hotel lobby!!) Overall still a decent hotel if you are looking for a clean hotel, but expect nothing luxurious. I came in end March and was told that the Aircon is centrally controlled so there's only heating system now. There was no way for me to change it. I can only open the windows if I wanted cool air to come in (at the risk of having mosquitoes, which they provided insect repellent).

Super nice staff and modern.
Very big and clean and yet a
little dark. The admitted they found 4 of my shirts left but fidnt really acknowledge it til
had a friend contact them days later days later with a friend. I think they still kept a Puma tank top which was valued at over 60,000 kre.
