It's a hotel located in the middle of Seogwipo, and it's cozy and nice. It is especially recommended for families with children as it has a kids room. The swimming pool is also a heated pool, so people of all ages can enjoy it. (When I went, construction was underway to create a more comfortable environment)
The Sienna Resort in front of Tuscany boasts exotic scenery, so the view is great, and you can even see the Seogwipo Sea further away. The night view of The Sienna Resort is as beautiful as the night view.
There is a separate gym and business center, so it is well-equipped with convenient facilities. The pool villa is being remodeled, so I want to go again later^^5

I came because I heard the heated pool was the warmest, but the hotel itself is quiet and comfortable, and it's great to relax in. The rooms are spacious and cleanliness is satisfactory. It's a bit disappointing that there isn't anything nearby, but I think it's better to just relax at the hotel! With a heated pool, roasted sweet potatoes, and oden events, it's perfect for a trip in the winter.4

There are several reasons to choose this hotel. We can enjoy the hot water pool during winter season. It’s so nice and wonderful. The staffs are so kind and friendly. The room is also very comfortable and cozy. Because there aren’t any restaurants nearby, you must go outside by car if you don’t want to use hotel restaurants. It is only demerit.3

The hotel was very quiet and the corner suite was spacious for 5 of us. However, the front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming and anything you ask slightly out of line were not accommodated at all with hard no and robotic manner. I would personally recommend others staying at another couple for better quality hotel with better customer service.3

If you don't want to see much of Jeju and want to spend a lot of money in restaurants, then you've come to the right place. The rooms are spacious, the pool is warmer than your hot bath and there is a lot of white marble..
But.. despite the cutting knives that are super polite, they don't think along with you, every request that is even slightly out of line is answered with no.
The location is beautiful but in the middle of nowhere... so without a car you don't see much of the island and you are forced to eat in the good but super expensive restaurants on location.
It is great for children, a playroom (extra charge), a playground and a children's swimming pool make it wonderful for them.
