We loved this hotel so much. The rooms are huge and have a lovely view. Beds are super comfortable and clean. The staff is super friendly, especially the men by the door. The wellness are is well kept and offers different pools, the ourdoor hot tub was especially nice. Our favorite part was the garden area with the music and the karp pond. I would absolutely stay here again, it was my favourite hotel during our three week stay!

Really nice place to stay! Might not be the best to choose as your only accommodation if you want to explore Jeju as it’a little out of the way. But the atmosphere is great and everyone is very welcoming. The room was clean, but some of the furnitures had a little flaws.

great place to stay if you want to have a good rest. spacious, tranquil, and with lots of amenities. beautiful and well maintained rooms, common areas and surroundings. their private forest is like a huge, well-kept garden. love the heated pools - so enjoyable in winter. staff are well trained. concierge is very helpful in providing tips on where to go. lots of good restaurants nearby and at Jungmun area. likely to stay here again.

The programs at the water zone and forest walk were interesting and enjoyable. Special thanks to the friendly staff, Ryu Seung Yeol who guided us on the Nordic Water Treatment and the hydrotherapy program which were pretty awesome experiences. It is the hotel to go to for a relaxing and peaceful getaway.
