great service from check in to check out, gym was well maintained and clean, room was also cleaned daily. hotel location was great too, many food and shopping places nearby. parking onsite was sheltered and free. value for money for the amazing service, would come by again.

I was torn not able to give a 4 stars but this hotel doesn’t really worth 4 stars. Check in is at level 6 not level 1 which is labelled in the lift as Lobby. The counter staff at the front desk can speak good English and has really good attitude and service level. Room: I chose deluxe room with mountain view. Nothing deluxe about their room. The bed is slightly smaller than a Queen bed but definitely bigger than a super single. I have NOT been to a hotel that give such a tiny bed in a double room n deluxe some more! They have a big space left on the left side as shown in a picture and leave it almost bare. No sofa just an arm chair and a side table. They do provide a kettle but there is NO compatible place with the switch that u can place the kettle. Carpark: very convenient to have it automatically installed the entry and exit. Nothing around the hotel. Food etc. If u need a hotel that’s near the airport there are many cheaper and maybe better hotels around. Not this.

The restaurant is outsourced to another company. Avoid for lunch and dinner!!! Not reliable. It closes unpredictably when business is slow. At lunch we were shocked when the young woman who said she was the manager rudely demanded we leave at 2:30 because the buffet closes at 2:30 and they did not want us to stay and finish eating! Sadly, the immediate area does not have good dining alternatives. Rooms vary greatly depending on category! My room on floor 21 was spacious, updated, and handsome. Staff was nice, as they should be of course. I was quite happy at this hotel until our two unpleasant experiences with the odd restaurant.

Frankly it was quite disappointing for the price paid. The location is great, and the parking is easy and smooth. But the rooms are severely outdated (ex: 1 single USB plug in the entire room and it only works when the lights are on). The pool is quite frustrating as well. You have to pay extra for pool access, but it's only available for a short window (12-7 in winter). So you can't use the pool before checking out in the morning, and can't even have a nice after dinner swim. It seems silly to have such a short window to use a basic feature of a high end hotel. I expected much better for the high prices charged compared to other options nearby, and won't be returning.

Cons: - the AC unit did not work in our room, and it got uncomfortably warm - Slow elevators, 3 of them for 23 floors of people going in and out of the building - Barely any outlets in the room, we had to charge some devices in the bathroom (even so, one of the outlets in the bathroom did not work) - The room itself seemed a bit outdated, there were small tears in our blankets, the hot water took a while to warm up, the edges of the furniture were a little battered, definitely not four star quality - The drying machines were weak and took three cycles to dry (they were 5000 won each machine) Pros: - attentive staff - Decent gym Overall i would not recommend, especially for what we paid (double room). Note: the lotte duty free area was overrun by tour groups, especially towards closing time- it was hard to walk around and people just block the escalators and walkways. We just left after ten minutes because it wasnt worth the hassle.
