The room was larger than expected and was well cleaned.
But there was one small window and no insect screen.
There was no Wi-Fi, and the sound of foot hammers echoed like I was in a cave. I don't know if the guest upstairs was King Kong or if the building itself made the sound like that.
There is always no one in the lobby, and when you call, the owner's tone is confusing as to whether he is friendly, uninterested, or sleepy, but generally coolly accepts requests (such as quick check-in).
If you don't really need Wi-Fi, you can check to see if King Kong is staying and use it at a cheaper price.
