The room was quite cold. The building itself is a little old (exterior and hallways), but the rooms seem to have been recently renovated. I would say don't judge a book by its cover, but minus points on cold temps.4

The corridors are destroyed, the microwaves on the floor look like they came from a garbage dump, but the rooms are clean and not destroyed. They give you a fresh towel every day, a lot of disposable items - razors, dental abrasions, facial foam. They will make repairs, it will be 10 out of 10, but the price will also increase.3

The ceiling in the bathroom was so high that I had to be very careful when going to the bathroom while sleeping (about the height of the stairs).
The bathroom was a bit disappointing, but the bedroom was clean compared to the outdated facilities.
It was rainy and hot, but I was told to open the window because the air conditioner wasn't cleaned, which was disappointing because it was humid and I couldn't use the air conditioner.
