There are no other advantages other than being close to the airport.
The bed made noise and the bedding was not very clean.
Entry is difficult due to nearby construction, and the soundproofing is not very good, so you can hear all the noise from the room next door.2

It's almost like a motel... I stayed there by chance due to a flight cancellation. The hot water worked well and the TV worked well.
However, I can hear the sound from the room next door clearly.
