We had a wonderful stay! It's conveniently located in front of Haeundae Beach and all the restaurants in the Haeundae Street.
Our room was spacious and very clean! The kitchen was large and there was a even a washer (there's a clothes hanger in the terrace). Water pressure was great, parking was smooth.
Highly recommended! They may be expensive depending on days and season of the year but it's worth it!5

Stayed here for a couple of weeks. It's a fantastic location to enjoy Haeundae Beach and Busan. It's only a 15 minute walk to the subway.4

It is good place to stay more than a week with family. Close to beach and there are many of pub and restaurants. but conditions of room is not very nice. it is a little old and need to change soon.4

Facilities were excellent, the only issue I had was the bed, it was hard like sleeping on a sheet of plywood. Not for Westerners that are used to soft beds.4

I am staying here during my trip. The place looks pretty nice, directions to parking were clear and the building itself is very nice too. Facing the haeundae beach and the sea is 1 of the PLUSES!!. only complain is 1 of their basement door doesnt work so we always have to go around to use another 1
