Room condition is good.

The entrance to the parking lot is at a 90 degree angle to the road, so new drivers or first-time drivers need to be careful.
It is close to the central Dongrae district. It's a 10-12 minute walk, which is the standard adult pace, so it's easier than you think.4

The room was clean, but the condition and performance of the air conditioner were poor and it was a bit hot. However, the owner kindly promised to replace the room if the condition of the air conditioner did not change. I was grateful for his consideration and I rested comfortably.
