Good location but bad interior and exterior soundproofing. The doors aren’t sealed and have a gap at the bottom so you will hear people coming and going in the hallway. You’ll hear the people in the street talking.
If you sleep late, good location for you and you’ll sleep no problem but wake everyone up.2

Do not book a stay here at the basic single room if you are a light sleeper like me! The walls are super not soundproof, i could hear every step and voice of the people at the corridor outside my room. Even the slightest noise was so loud due to non-soundproof walls. It was so noisy even if the people outside were not speaking very loudly
The bed is very comfortable. There is no nice view from window. Room is small. The shared toilet along the corridor is pretty and very clean. Cheap price $40+/night SGD. Lack of sufficient items provided. Not well furbished. No wardrobe, No shoerack, no cabinet. It is the kind of room where it is only suitable for 1 or 2 night stays and for non-picky tourists.
