This was my first trip to Busan and it was great. This hotel has a great staff. Very professional and great customer service. The view from a room with a balcony overseeing the port is breath taking. This location is just walking distance to great markets,eateries and fashion. I can't wait to visit again.

Very good hotel with high CP value, reasonable price and quality room provided, also every room has the balcony which I like it so much, got sea view as well even u don't choose the room with seaview, staff there are friendly as well

Location is very central. Nampo station is accessed via underground entrance no. 6 very close to front of the hotel. Busan Tower, Jagalchi Market, BIFF Sq all within walking distance and the Lotte Department store is almost just next door. Room was small but beds comfy and nice shower. You have to inform Reception before 1pm if you want your room cleaned. Small hotel with no frills but value for money.

This place is nice. Bedroom was a good size, comfortable bed, hot shower, towels provided, etc. It also had a mini fridge and a sink (looks like it used to have a kitchen). It also had a terrace with two chairs outside. You can also control the temperature in the room. We didn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside so we rested very well. The only thing was that it wasn’t perfectly clean, the bed had some little fuzz, and there was hair inside the drawers. But overall we had a good stay.

Hotel ok but don’t expect a warm welcome! The room is small and basic but clean and comfortable. We arrived too early for our check in and was planning to leave our bags and go explore Busan before coming back in the arvo. However when we walked in with our luggage we were greeted by a dour front desk staff (we nicknamed her “sour patch”) who was frowning and immediately told us curtly that “it’s too early to check in” after we greeted her good morning. When we asked to leave our bags she waved her hand to indicate we should leave our bags at the corner of the hotel. We encountered her again when we checked out this morning. When I said goodbye and thank you she just nodded dismissively at us as though she was giving us permission to leave. Our stay in this hotel would have been a lot more pleasant if we didn’t encounter her - the other staff were pleasant and helpful, recommending places for us to go.
