Great hotel for a family trip, spacious clean room, huge onsen style bathtub, awesome location!
What needs to be improved is the service.
It is unacceptable for 4-5* property to have cleaning until 2pm only. So if you are late owl, they won't clean the room and just drop fresh towels and water outside. For this price tag it should not be this way.
Reception is also not 24hrs and for self check-in instructions you need to chase the hotel. On my arrival day I was the one messaging the hotel, not other way around. Also not really up to 4-5* standards.
Also beware of their weak ventilation system. My leather bag was bloated overnight because of humidity even though we used air-cond.
Overall, it's a great option specifically for a families, when you need a bigger room and some kitchen area.
If not, just opt for an international 5* hotel chains, it will be better service for sure.4

The facility was near a downtown area, so it was overall good except for the part where it was noisy until late at night. The welcome tea was good, and I enjoyed a half-body bath using the special bathing agent, but the water pressure was so low that it took quite a long time to fill the water.
