Big, clean rooms at good value. Right off the main strip of haeundae. It's sort of an Airbnb/hotel hybrid experience rather than just a hotel but it worked well for me and the staff were responsive. For example: you do need to request room cleaning but it wasn't much of a hassle to do.3

Room is basic but overall clean and there is a bed and TV
Id say mpre for business traveller or 1~2 night stay.. not really for family
Elevator is problem.. only 2 elevators for 34 floors..3

Very nice, new and clean. Great location. Negatives are that the kitchen and laundry facilities can not be used for short-term guests. I purposely booked this hotel because the rooms had these. Description states the bed is a queen, but it's really a full/double (2nd hotel in Korea like this, so learning it may just be the term here).They recommend keeping the AC between 25-27, which has been typically warmer than the outside temps 😄. Even if you place the sign asking for your room to be cleaned, they don't. They just place a bag of clean towels, water, and toothbrush at your door (whether you have the sign out or not). I now have a pile of these in my room, unused. Not a negative, but very limited English at reception. Have your translation app ready.
