Mrs. Nami Suk offered exceptional service for me and my friends. It made our experience way better. Would definitely visit H avenue again. Rooms are clean and location is prime. The entrance of the hotel was a bit hard to find (located in a multi-purpose building) but super convenient to nearby tourist attractions. the beach is literally 20 ft away.5

What a surprise! The hotel faces Gwangalli beach! Room was clean and quite spacious! The staff was very friendly as well! There’s free underground parking 🅿️ 5 STARS5

I used to review for this hotel with great service. But they made me upset today. I asked them to cleaning the room when I checked in. They said YES. Then they did not clean, no changing towels. I paid 500 usd for 2 nights with 3 star hotels, but the service is so bad! I came to the desk to complaint, they did not even say SORRY. Just like REALLY?, you need TOWELS? That was all. So disappointed!
