Highly recommended. This 5-star hotel is top-notch. I would definitely stay here again. Nice big room, not your typical Asian small tight hotel room. The workout facility is amazing. I was surprised at the level of equipment and service while I worked out at the hotel.

Got a room on the 37th floor and the views were amazing. Hotel is directly connected to Lotte and there are plenty of high end restaurants to dine in as part of the hotel. The gym is by far the biggest Ive seen, however, having to remove your shoes and then put them on to access the gym is a massive pain.

We stayed 3 nights and had to queue to check in. The staff is really nice but noticed they don't speak very good English. Though the doormen that welcome people from taxis are pretty good and really help with the taxi men. The hotel is well placed with lots of bars and restaurants around and the mall just next to it. We thought it was a bit on the expensive side especially there is an extra fee for the pool! This is quite odd for a 5 star hotel! The room is good, a bit old but with a nice view.

I probably would have given this hotel 5 stars but their restrictive gym and pool policy are absolutely ridiculous. Unless you stay on certain floors, you cannot use the pool at all and you also cannot use the pool if you have any tattoos. I booked this hotel with 3 kids and had been telling them about the pool all week and received an email the night before informing us we could not use the pool. I would have been a totally happy guest if not for this but it definitely ruined the visit a bit for us as my kids looked it from the 26th floor at the pool everyday knowing they couldn’t use it. Other than this, we enjoyed Busan very much

Good location if need to be in seomyeon. Rooms are big, a bit dated, comfortable bed. Bathroom is a bit dated. It's not a 5 star hotel. I'd have given it a better review , if it were not for the crazy policies they have in effect - you have to pay extra to use the pool/you can only use the gym once a day/you even have to pay for a toothbrush. I've never stayed in a hotel before where you can't use the facilities. They'd be better charging a higher price and including access to all facilities as it would be less annoying.
