I found the room to be pleasant and clean, and the location was in the area I wanted and very close to Metro stations. However, what really made this for me was the service. For a small hotel, the team went out of their way to assist - my bag was lost by the airline for four days, and the staff was incredible in following up multiple times on my behalf and ensuring that I received my bag before leaving for my next destination. I was hugely grateful and would highly recommend this for anyone visiting Busan!

We had an amazing time staying at Ocean 2 Heaven. The staff were very hospitable and gave us amazing recommendations for food and sights. The location is superb and right outside the bustling Jagalchi market, street food square and subway. Highly recommend!

When we booked this hotel, we didn’t expect much as it was relatively a small hotel in Busan. However, I was really impressed with the hotel staff’s hospitality and friendliness in giving lots of advice to a first time visitor to Busan. The toiletries were of good quality and room was spacious with a million dollar view. I didn’t get the staffs name but really friendly guys at the counter. Hotel location was very convenient and near a lot amenities and food establishments. I will definitely book this hotel when I’m back to Busan. Thank you

I think the competition is big and you pay mostly for the hotel being conveniently by the beach and having a good view. When we arrived, the room was unbearably hot, the bathroom smelled like wet nasty rag that haven't been washed out for a long time, and there was a ball of hair in the towel. There's no central heating/AC, so the room got hot and stuffy every time we got out. There's no way of keeping at least the AC running since we got only one key card. Closing the curtains made it a little tiny bit better. I would also love, if the cleaning lady wouldn't clean our room everyday, even when the 'do not disturb' sign was on, she just changed the towels, made the bed and wiped the hair on the ground around. The hotel tries to be environmentally conscious, yet there's no way of sorting out the trash, cleaning happens every day, there are disposable cups in the room and also used for breakfast. Talking about breakfast, it was ramen, toast bread, coffee, juice, and plain yoghurt. No fruits, only one type of jam, no tea, not much variety. But hey, it made us leave early each day and enjoy Busan. 🤭 The rooms aren't soundproofed, so prepare to hear all the traffic, fireworks, and busking happening under your windows.

The rooms bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and there was construction happening right outside the building whivh disturbed the peace. The most beneficial part of the location was the close proximity to the beach. The hotel staff was nice and friendly as well.
