The space is spacious, the circulation is efficient, and all lawn play facilities are provided. Also, everyone was satisfied because there was a separate barbecue area where people could eat.5

The scenery of Baesu Forest Mountain is nice.
It is a clean area with fireflies.
There is high quality groundwater

To be honest, I can't say that the facilities are good. However, it is quite spacious for a private house and the price is not bad. There are many new pool villas of similar size priced over 1 million won.2

It's quiet because it's a private house, and it's nice that there's air conditioning in every room on the second floor.
Instead, the owner's phone calls didn't go well and he didn't feel friendly at all. The bathroom door doesn't lock. The facilities are poor compared to the price.
