Gapyeong Heritage Pension is actually a facility located between a hotel and a pension.
Each room is equipped with its own cooking facilities, but grill barbecue, which is the best feature of the pension, is not possible.
The pension is designed in a U-shaped structure with a swimming pool in the middle and a view of the natural scenery on one unobstructed side.
Each room is basically a two-story structure, with the living room and bedroom on the second floor and the kitchen on the first floor.
Since it is a recently built building, both the exterior and interior are very clean and the facilities are all new.
Inside the facility, there is a cafe and a kitchen that sells chicken and other snacks.
Indoor kids playground where young children can play (there is a carousel)
There is a front desk.
And in the main hallway, there are tables where you can drink coffee and talk.
The staff and owner were very friendly
When I visited, the swimming pool construction had not yet been completed, but since it was winter, there were no major problems. The owner said construction would be completed in about two weeks, so it is expected to be completed in early March.
