NOT RECOMMENDED. Firstly, we seek help from staff to book a taxi for us to pick us up from station and they refused. We were lost and due to language barrier, we couldn't find help but of course hotel didn't care.

We had booked a 46m2, family room for Day 1 and their VIP room, 52m2 and a standard for Day 2. Both rooms were ample for 4. At last min, we decided we will bring our youngest child with us. We didn't think having 1 more child would matter much but hotel kicked up a fuss, refused our check in on 17th Nov 2023 at 10pm. I offered to top up money but they insisted we must book another room n we didn't want to leave any of our kids by themselves. The argument was escalating n my children started to cry. At one point, manager said "Please leave and dont stay here" I would love to but of course it was 10pm and in a hotel which is in the middle of nowhere. We felt like we were held ransom. The ordeal continued the next day. We had already booked 1 VIP room 52m2 n a standard room. We intended to check out of the Day 1 family room n check in to the new rooms, then book a 3rd room as per her request. They refused to let us check in the next day unless 1 of us disappeared (max only 4 allowed) ! How do they expect 1 parent or 1 child to just disappear first thing in morning. ? Again, there was a fuss leaving us very angry n upset. It was our wedding anniversary and sadly we had to spend it at a hotel 10 mins drive from Nomad hotel, leaving our children behind there. Nobody enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. Anseong Nomad had traumatized us n ruined our trip to Korea, our anniversary n our family trip.

Hotels are in the leisure industry . As the word implies, providing leisure should be your company mission. Happy customers keep your hotel in business, following the rules does not. Anseong Nomad is such a disgrace treating your guests this way.

For 3 star hotel, this place was pretty decent.  I was pleasantly surprised by the detail oriented service especially inside the room .

The staffs were friendly and the bed was pretty comfortable.  I would recommend this hotel if you plan to stay in Ansung .

First of all, this is a motel, not a hotel.
An acquaintance of mine was planning to stay for a while, so I told him I would only stay for an hour, but even though an hour had not passed, he refused to leave quickly and said he would call the police. It's really rude of us to call the police for something like this when we're not even criminals. This is the first time I've seen an employee treat me so rudely just because I had a brief acquaintance at any hotel. It was really unpleasant. This is a perfect motel. I will never use it again, and if a friend of mine goes there, I will stop him.
