The rooms may be a little small, but they are clean and cozy. You can park, eat, and come back.

Great location and service was excellent. Only complaint is that the room was hot, 30.5. The manager assisted with the aircon but it was still uncomfortable.

I was shocked because there was no 313 on the hotel sign. The twin bed room is in the basement. No windows of course .Good cleaning condition. Bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and bright and had good water pressure. There is an air purifier. Lots of places to eat nearby and convenient parking. It's on a corner of a major road so there's no need to go into the alley.

The hotel rooms and bedding are very clean and the owner is very friendly. However, the location was complicated.
