Clean. Awesome/fast/cheap laundry service (ironing was free-all I needed). Super helpful staff. (1 foolish young female hung up on my wife when she called down to ask how we turn on the a/c.) Cute area with many western-esq choices and Japanese, etc. Easy to drive from and to. Very close to Gwangmyeong Cave (very fun).
Super close to 3 malls (W mall/ Hyundai/Mario2). Indoor parking. Inexpensive and worth it.

Absurd experience.
I picked up a relative at the airport who was returning home after a long time.
I made a hotel reservation through a world-famous reservation site and tried to check in, but my reservation was cancelled. The condition was to pay on the day of arrival with the entered credit card, but they unilaterally canceled the reservation and said they did not want to pay by card before check-in, and although they informed me of this, I did not receive it. At the time he claimed to have contacted me, he was on a flight to Korea and was in airplane mode.
It was a long stay and there was no room available. They asked me to pay more than the reserved price and there was no mistake or apology.
From my experience, in these cases, the problem is resolved under reserved conditions along with an apology.
The counter worker had no intention of doing that and just repeated that their system was like that.
By questioning customers who complained, they actually made it a problem.
Just the right facilities and just the right service mind.
