I really don't leave bad reviews. Last week, I made a reservation for November 3-4, but on the same day, close to check-in time, they gave me a phone call and when I arrived at the accommodation, was it rusty? They say you can't come out and enter the room. So, is it okay if you keep calling, texting, upgrading to a different room, or telling me that you can't check in after 6pm on that day? Haha, I had a hard time looking for other accommodations ;; It will never come

The front desk staff was quite unfriendly.
I don't know if something bad happened....I don't know if that's just how it is...but my young friend is just like that.

I was in a bad mood so I stayed in the room...
I want to be as messy as I want.
I'm on a business trip. I come to motels often, but I'm excluding this place from now on.

Hotel is clean and nice
I stayed in a luxury room and there was a massage machine and a bathtub clearly visible.
However, there is a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom.
And the TV doesn't recognize the remote control well and is slow.

I'm so annoyed.

First of all, it's so cold...
I called the front desk and they said the floor heating wasn't working.
Does the heater come on? Only the entrance where the heater air comes out is warm.
When entering the room, the thermometer in the room was 15 degrees (entry at 19:00).
It was 20 degrees when I checked out (checked out at 09:30).
The electric blanket on the mattress is turned on, but it doesn't work.
It's just cold outside the blanket... and the blanket looks like duck down... I can't breathe anymore, I thought it was a summer blanket... I don't want to go there again ㅜㅜ
