Book the family duplex for two nights in winter. They have the warmest staff around, always ready to provide suggestions and stepping up to make you feel comfortable.
Rooms generally clean and well maintained but some small areas are showing their age after 6 years of operation, though there’s nothing that I can’t live with.
Still giving 5 stars because the concierge staff always kept going the extra mile. They also have a free shuttle service to Everland which was really helpful. A female front desk staffer proficient in Mandarin even followed the driver to look for us as they were worried we couldn’t find the shuttle.
