It's the best among the nearby motels. Hygienic conditions are good, unlimited bowl noodles, and almost no noise between floors. The staff is friendly and parking is not inconvenient. The bed sheets are not bad either. The downside is that rooms without windows are a bit stuffy.

It is located on the 5th floor of a 5-story commercial building, so there is no noise between floors. However, there is a bar and karaoke room on the 4th floor, and in the karaoke room, you can feel the bass beats with your whole body until 6 a.m. It is an old motel and does not have a bidet. The water pressure is strong. Disposable items cost 1,000 won. Unusually, there is only one bottle of mineral water. Instead, there are 4 cans (4 types) of soft drinks. There is quite a bit of parking on the basement level, and parking passes are provided. And mini bowls of noodles, coffee syrup and popcorn are provided 24 hours a day in front of the counter.
