Decent hotel with plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Rooms are not going to be your standard if you are used to western hotels. The bath tub/showers are probably the biggest negative. The insides are raised up several inches so stepping down to get out is a little precarious.
They just finished a large renovation so maybe the other rooms are better. The lighting in the bathroom is not enough to get ready in the morning and see what exactly you are doing.
Staff are extremely helpful and not afraid to use Google translate to have a discussion. Large breakfast buffet in the morning with many options. Stayed for an extended period and wouldn't have a problem returning. Biggest plus is they have an underground parking garage so you can park without wondering if the spot is legal.

Firm beds. Tiny closet. Microscopic fridge (no freezer). No microwave, no dresser, no ice machine, no shower curtains. Large TV, decent wifi. Great breakfast.
If you’ve stayed in Korean hotels it’s not bad. But for American sensibilities, it is almost unacceptable. Do not come with a family. This is a crash pad for low end workers while traveling.

It's an affordable choice for a quick stay. The hotel is outdated so don't expect too much, but the customer service was very good! The first few floors seemed to have been renovated and the room on that floor were nice and clean, but the pictures shown were definitely edited to make the rooms more bright, larger, and cleaner. Also found someone sleeping on the floor of the restaurant that's attached to this hotel so that was interesting to see. Overall, it's not a bad place to stay, it is just outdated. I would avoid this hotel if you are sensitive to smells.
Pros:
Good location
Super nice receptionist
Free Netflix (certain rooms)
Cons:
The smell of cigarette lingers on every room and floor
Poor sound-proofing but that's inevitable in Korea
The fridge had stains and possibly mold (on renovated room)
Questionable brown stains on door frame of bathroom (old room)
Mold in the bathroom (old room)

Hmm, I don't quite know how I should give rating but I think giving more than a three, 3.5 would as high as I can give. Not that I had a bad experience but I think they could work on their parking garage, and MOST IMPORTANTLY, SERVICE. The receptionists were not as friendly nor greeted me as much. I was the one that had to say hello, and asked for my reservation. The rooms were clean as I believe they have renovated them not too long ago. However, the toilet area could have some more work done. Although, overall, the room itself was very clean and spacious than I expected. The location itself was very nice being near the city hall of Pyeongtaek. All in all, I would still recommend for a quick stay for its price and quality compare to other hotels in town.

Only hotel that looked decent on the map until you get to the area and realize there are much better looking, new hotels nearby. We had to change our rooms 2x where we had a junior suite and downgraded just so that we could have a clean room, and this made the manager upset as he told us this was our last chance for a room. I'd give 1 star if the AC didn't work well, but besides that, the hotel doesn't have anything to offer. The food was very mediocre with room temp milk, reused condiments, and unclean seating area making it a waste of time to get up early and go. There is a very bad, lingering odor on every floor, and there are stains in the carpet just about everywhere. Out of all hotels I've stayed in Korea, this is by far the worst.
