Great staff and facilities, in the middle of most attractions and public transport. Breakfast may be simple but you don't see much hospitality like free breakfast theses days. When I stayed, my friends and I accidentally knocked over a bookcase of China and ornaments. However, the staff rushed down and was very nice about the incident, insisting that they clean the mess up. Heaps of food places within a very small walking distance, my favourite was a crepe place just down the street BEST I'VE EVER HAD!4

Clean rooms, heated floors, extra blankets, thick walls. Not a bad place to spend a few nights in Seoul. Would stay here again!4

Overall, the hotel room was okay. Bed was somewhat comfortable and room was clean and warm.
The heating system was really good but often made the room so dry, that static electricity would build up.
The rooms walls are very thin and heard the room next to us have sex at night. To the point where it could be heard across the entire floor.
Customer service was alerted about this but simply said they checked out, so we should have no issue. The same night on the bottom floor I could hear another couple moaning extremely loudly....
Location is good with a lot of food and places to visit literally 1 minute away. Go through the back alleys and you will find some golden gems.
Value for money is good for a solo traveller but not for couples !
