Wow..I was touched.ㅠ I've been to many places, but this is the first time I've been to such a friendly place. The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was also very comfortable.!! I was so satisfied that I plan to use it again next time. It was truly the best.

The room is so cute and nice! All the staff are super friendly and very kind. I still want to use it! The walls are a little thin I can hear the noise next door. Isn't there a problem if we take care of each other?

I have stayed this Hotel many times before Covid Pandamic, that time its name was ITW. After Covid mid of last year I came and that this hotel was closed due to renovation works. Today I have booked through Agoda and during check in time I realise they have chenged name from ITW to "Nouvelle Seoul Itaewon"! Its very clean to stay...
