Pretty sure this place rents to local girls by the hour. The amenities suggest as much and the rates were odd. Room was full of mosquitos and even on the 6th floor, the noise from the adjacent rail tracks and street commotion was endless. The area doesn't offer much to make this is worthwhile stay, even if the rates make it attractive, it's simply not worth the seedy experience.
