It is near Gimpo Airport. The value for money is excellent. I checked out early in the morning, so I couldn't eat breakfast. But I am satisfied with everything beyond my expectations.

We took a flight from Gimpo to Jeju so we stayed in this hotel which is only 10 mins away from the GMP airport. Best hotel to stay in Gimpo! The service is great, they lent us adapter for our chargers, umbrella when it was raining with no fees. We loved the layout of the rooms. They are high-tech with digital switches. The hotel is also close to restaurants, convenience store and bus station. There’s also a café in the same building if you want a quick bite. You can also walk around the area and see traditional Korean small roads.

I stayed seven nights while teaching at the airport. The rooms are spotlessly clean and good enough. There is an excellent gym in the basement, but no in-house dining. The attached coffee shop opens at 8 am. Plenty of restaurants, including fast food chains, are in the area. The underground access is less than a minute away.

My friend and I stayed here because it was fairly close to the airport when we were going to depart the next day. Rooms/beds are sized well. The hotel is very clean. It doesn't look like their steak restaurant is open anymore. The gym also looks like it's under construction. They do have breakfast but I am unsure what the cost is. This hotel is not near downtown Seoul. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you wanted to do activities in Seoul. This hotel is great if you need to be by the airport. I am a little confused because I requested airport transportation days prior to arrival and received a message from staff that my request was approved. When I arrived, the staff said they don't do that. The next day I saw a transportation car with the hotel name sitting out front waiting to load luggage.

If you're looking for a "clean" hotel at Songjeong, this is probably the cleanest you can find (less Lotte City Hotel Gimpo Airport which is very expensive). The rooms are clean and simple (see my photos attached) Royal Square Hotel is located around 3 minutes walk from Songjeong metro station (Line 5), so it is very convenient. However, the price is considered quite high compared to nearby motels, and they charge extra for more water bottles requested. And their restaurant at the lobby had not been in operation for a long time but the signboard is still up, confusing the visitors (and the receptionist didn't tell us about it until we asked)
