5 star hotel, but we would say it's a 4 star level as food falls slightly behind expectation. Otherwise the rooms were obviously clean and conference room is big.

The rating I think is 4 star, breakfast is so so, not variety dishes as expectation. The room is large and comfortable, the bed is quite soft.

There's a reason why people have negative reviews of this place. Do your best to avoid it, you think you're going to get a good experience, you're going to regret spending your money.

Literally horrible. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I was staying in The Grand Suite Suite A (large service-apartment like hotel rooms). First of all, they did not even provide basic stuff like toothbrushes. Besides, the body wash and shampoo are horrendous. They literally forgot to give me shampoo on the first night. The suite costed 250 USD/night. It ain't even cheap, yet they provide such terrible service. The buffet isn't especially good either. What's worth mentioning is that it's quite far from Hongje Station (the subway). At least there are a lot of bus routes nearby.

Would definitely not recommend. If I were you, I'd honestly pick a 3/4-star hotel in the city center instead of this poorly managed hotel.

If you want to have extra toilet paper in this hotel you need to solicit  at a reception in a building a block away. Bring your enough toilet paper to stay in this place.
