Location is perfect. Next to Haeundae Beach, bus stop and metro station(exit 7) is right outside the building, lots of eateries nearby. The hotel lobby is on ground floor named Merciel Café towards the right back side of building if you enter from metro exit 7 side. Spacious room, all amenities provided that you could possibly need for a short stay, however no housekeeping during the stay but was clearly stated at time of checkin. Took us a while to figure out the hot water control is the device next to the AC device so do take note incase your allotted room doesnt come with instructions. Would recommend for first time visitors to Busan5
