The counter in the lobby is for residents only, so residence users have a system where they call the place they made a reservation and a staff member comes and checks in. The waiting lobby was crowded and hot, and phone calls weren't working well, so I took off 1 star. Smoking is prohibited in the entire building, but there was a lot of cigarette smoke around 11 p.m., so it was difficult. And the noise level between floors was really great. I stayed on the 83rd floor and the view was really nice.

Since there is little information on the internet other than the room, I will provide detailed information.
[General review] The view from the upper floors is great and the rooms are spacious, making it perfect for people who don't usually live in Tower Man to experience something out of the ordinary. However, there are no services like a hotel. [Summary] A new Haeundae landmark that grandly opened in 2020, a complex of offices and residences. There are three buildings, but you can only stay in a small portion of the highest building on the sea side (same building as Busan X the Sky, but cannot be accessed from the guest rooms). There are three companies (?) that jointly manage the rooms, which is why there are multiple reservation sites, but the same room. Please note that check-in locations and promotional services vary depending on the company (and are very difficult to understand). There is only one entrance/exit on the rotary side. The "Grand LCT Residence" I booked went through the revolving door and entered the lobby, then went straight and immediately turned left. Take the elevator on the right to B5 (not B2), and when you exit the door there is a simple desk ( (If the staff is not available, please wait there.) The staff in the lobby work with residents of the residence, so it can't be helped if they are treated coldly.
[Location] There is information that the airport limousine from the airport took 3 hours to reach Haeundae instead of the scheduled 1 hour due to traffic jams and stops. Moreover, it is 300m from the stop to LCT. The drawback is that it is a little far from the nearest station (800m), but KAKAO taxis will not allow you to ride for just one meter. Subway → Taxi would be better. There is a beach right in front, and it is also a short walk from Mioura Station of Blueline Park. A 15-minute taxi ride to Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, SKYLINE Luge Busan, Lotte World Adventure Busan, and Lotte Premium Outlets costs about 1,500 yen. There is a deserted LCT mall on the 1st to 3rd floors of the LCT middle building, which houses bank ATMs and 7-Elevens, and is a shortcut to downtown Haeundae. Restaurants that are just a short walk away, Mipo House Haeundae Main Branch (Seafood) and Badamal (Abalone Porridge), are must-try restaurants.
[Service] There is basically no cleaning even if you stay for a long time, so they won't change your towels unless you ask. If you stay for 4 nights or more, there will be one cleaning service (select your preferred date). A washing machine (no detergent), washer/dryer, cooking utensils, refrigerator (water provided), tableware, dish dryer, contact cell phone charger, hair dryer, hangers, etc. are provided. The operation buttons, including the air conditioner on the wall, are in Korean, but there are instructions and it was actually easy and convenient to use. There is a reservation button for the elevator. No phone to the front desk. There are strict instructions regarding garbage separation. We were given 2 room key cards for 3 people. After checking out, you can leave your luggage next to the desk in B5.

Good view and good layout of the rooms. It's a comfortable, large residence fit for many people as it has several bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything electrical is operated by nice switches and small screens around the place which makes for a nice, modern living experience. Many amenities are included, though obviously they will not provide cosmetic products or any non-general hygienic supplies. Service was good, staff helped us up to our room and described everything well. Overall a good place if you are staying with several people and maybe want to spend a little extra for a premium experience. Though, that is where the good things end for me. There are many places where the wallpaper is not aligned properly, places where the wallpaper begins to peel, and places where the silicone caulk is beginning to crack or already has. There are tool marks on some of the door handles, most likely made by misuse of a flathead screwdriver. Some appliances still had showroom stickers on them, which I thought was odd. The room was surprisingly dirtier than I thought, though it was overall clean there were scuffs on the white cabinets and stains on the carpet floor. A major issue is that some of the doors were misaligned so they did not lock or even properly close. Refrigerator ice machine did not work. The stone wall panels had the plastic spacers remaining and some were even misaligned or cracked. The sliding doors in front of the windows are all held in place by metal spacers, which makes you wonder why they were there in the first place. Near the sliding doors will be the rails they slide on, which have improperly cut carpet seams and is quite ugly. Shower door handles were not installed properly. For nearly $800 per night, it's a little frustrating to see rookie issues that you would find in a poorly built hotel for under $100 per night. For many, this should not matter because you will not be actively looking for construction errors anyways. For those who have jobs in contracting and interior design, these errors will stick out like black on white and makes you wonder if the premium price and premium location really meant a premium experience. Pictures below.
