It was beyond what I expected. The quality of room was speechless and also had half ocean view. It is very good for family trip.
Will use again if I ever visit here

✔️ Non-face-to-face check-in & check-out
I received a text message with reservation information 2 days before my stay.
On the day of my stay, I received a text message informing me about non-face-to-face check-in.
The check-in time is 4 o'clock, which is an hour later than the regular hotel check-in time, but it is convenient because you can get various information in advance through text.
When checking out, I was also able to receive a text message with checkout-related instructions.
✔️Family Two Room
Family Two Room is a room type that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Although it is different from the floor plan of the room I actually stayed in, it has a main room 1 with a living room, kitchen, and dressing room, bedroom 2, and a bathroom.
//
The living room of Le Collective Osiria has a large 85-inch TV, a TV lower cabinet, a chamois material sofa and two small tables, and a system air conditioner.
(When I looked at the sofa, there were stains here and there. It felt a little uncomfortable.)
And there is a wide outdoor veranda, so you can see the wide blue sea and blue sky of the East Sea of Busan.
//
The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, sink, and refrigerator.
There is an island table and a dining table for 4 people, so it was nice that the island table was connected so that 4 people could eat while using the island table widely.
//
The main room has a Livart queen bed with a hotel-like white bedding, a blanket and two pairs of pillows, and is as soft as a hotel, so it was nice to have a soft and cozy sleep during the stay.
The same system air conditioner as the living room is installed.
There was a dressing room in the main room, so it was nice to store and hang clothes spaciously.
There is an LG Styler, and it also comes with a scent sheet inside, so it was nice to be able to scent the product when running the basic cycle of the styler.

1) Advantages
A great place to travel with a family of four or a group of friends.
2 double bedrooms
Accommodation with cooking facilities
Washing machine, dryer, and styler available
Tourist complexes such as Busan Lotte World, Haedong Yonggungsa Temple, Lotte Outlet, and IKEA are nearby, making it great for playing.
2) Overall review
It's nice that it's an apartment type, so you can conveniently feel like at home.
There are quite a few unopened stores, and the surrounding area is underdeveloped, so it is difficult to have a late dinner or late-night snack.
Those who are on foot can take the subway to Osiria Station,
We recommend 'Le Collective Osiria', an apartment-style accommodation that is located about 12 minutes (approximately 9,000 won) by taxi from Haeundae Station, so you can easily return home after playing at Haeundae Beach or Songdo Beach!

This is the accommodation we went to for a family trip~
It's a much more useful accommodation than a hotel. It has a washing machine, dryer, styler, etc.... It was nice to be able to easily do the laundry that was overdue during the trip... and to cook a simple meal.
The location is in Gijang, so you need to move when traveling to Busan, but it doesn't feel far. There are IKEA, Lotte Outlet, and Haedong Yonggungsa Temple nearby, so it was convenient to plan a trip.

The perfect location for access to IKEA, Lotte Premium Outlet, Lotte World, and Yonggungsa Temple. The beach and Songjeong Beach are also close by. It is larger than other lodgings and is a perfect place for families to stay. Parking is also convenient.

We went on a family trip with a family of four. The main purpose was to stay while moving around the area, but the bed was uncomfortable (the mattress felt like it was covered with resin or vinyl) and 2 people had to sleep in the bed and 2 people in the next room, but there was only a 2-person blanket in the next room. If there were two beds for one person, it would have been more comfortable for one person to sleep in the living room. There were only two blankets, so my middle school student was sleeping in the living room without a blanket, even though it was suddenly cold like winter in November.
In fact, even if it is a two-person blanket, it is uncomfortable unless you sleep closely together.
There was nothing around, it was cold as it had been empty for a few days, and when I tried to turn on the stand, it was so dusty that I didn't want to use it, and there were only 4 towels. There is a bidet, but the nozzle is dirty and it feels like it hasn't been maintained.
I thought that an accommodation that was old but had staff and could respond right away was much better than a new apartment or a residence.
There was an oven range, induction stove, pots and kitchen utensils for cooking food, kitchen towels, and a capsule coffee machine.
There is nothing around. If you want to go to IKEA and Lotte World, it looks like a good idea.
