This was a small river passing through old town of Busan. Because of this, it contaminated very badly before. This Onchenchen was the first restored river in Busan. Now it's a good riverside parks and walking trails for locals. There are many cafes and restaurants near by. The best visiting season is cherry blooming times in late March and early April.
