Rooms were extremely spacious, very clean and comfortable. With the hotel being so close to 2 shopping malls, it's was nice during the torrential downpour of the day. Definitely worth the stay.

Before I checked in, I was concerenced because of the couple of recent negative reviews. But, the hotel turned out to be in good condition. It does deserve to be a 4-star hotel. Well maintained and clean. I stayed with my little daughter and she did not complain at all. Right next to Bexco, one block away from subway station and the largest department store in Korea. Just convenient.

Location is very good, but my family and I stayed for 1 week, we never got towel change (we asked and got ghosted), nobody came to collect trash (again we asked), room cleaning only at check out. The room per se wasn't that bad, but we've been travelling SE Asia for more than 1 year and never received such bad service.
