Service is rated because of the front representative. She was not friendly when I arrived for the check in.

The room is a bit small for two persons, especially ladies as we need more spaces. The bed is a bit hard. The staff speaks English and the location is very near to subways and facilities3

I really really want to complain about the female counter who works at 14/2 afternoon.
Very bad attitude ,show me the “lanjiao “face when I ask for the check in details ,other staff is friendly except this cb female staff ,I saw many people also complain this girl already, take action pls2
