1. Room is great & has an ocean view as diamond benefit
2. Fitness, swimming and sauna are clean and not crowded
3. Happy hours at executive lounge includes drinks & good protein meals. I wish they have more grilled veggies or sautéed veggies. Salad is not my preference
4. Wi-Fi speed is good enough to watch movies & play games.
5. Hotel staffs are very helpful. The only thing I don’t like is it is difficult to contact hotel except phone call (old style communication).
6. AC was turned off due to season change. It was very warm on Nov 2nd and 3rd. It is not easy to fall asleep.
7. Breakfast is good but wish them have more veggie dishes & Oatmeal. I can’t eat BBQ beef & seafood dishes in the morning (Korean like them).5

a clean hotel located in front of the sea. a little bit far from haeundae, which makes it less crowded than any other hotels in Busan3

No air-conditioning!
Everything else was as per a five-star hotel standard. Staff were cooperative. Buffet breakfast spead was nice. Rooms were very spacious. However, there was no ac due to maintenance. The later half of the nights were very suffocating. We traveled from Seoul to spend time at this property. Had we been informed about this limitation, we could have altered our plans.
