Stayed 1 night. Hotel is like any ubiquitous room and style in terms of design, look and ambience. Rooms are spacious, bright and clean and served its function well for 1 good night's sleep. Not much of a view as facing other buildings. Hotel buffet breakfast was excellent, offering both Korean and Western breakfast dishes to guests. But the small restaurant gets very crowded fast, so go early especially during peak season.4

Pretty good hotel. A little pricy though. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet with good choice of local and continental menu. Reasonably priced wines. Good WiFi speed. Very close to metro stations and a good walk from the shopping streets. Many karaoke bars around and also close to TEXAS street4

Convenient location within walking distance 25-30 mins to the touristy areas BIFF Square, Jagalchi Market, Busan Tower, etc..
There's a GS25 convenience store located at the 1st floor of this hotel, and there's a BBQ Chicken & Beer restaurant located at the 2nd floor of this hotel.
The rooms are generally ok and spacious, except the furniture are old and dued to wear and tear over the years.
Heartfelt thanks to the friendly and hardworking lady (ajumma) housekeeping staff in charge of cleaning the rooms on 17th floor.
This hotel is booked by our travel agency Nam Ho Travel as part of our Busan Seoul package tour.
Recommended rooms on the higher floor with sea and harbour view, or view of Busan Tower.4

Had a great stay here, the price was better than a 3 star hotel. There gym was pretty well equipped. Location is between the Busan station and Nampo. They offer free parking and the carpark is very good and spacious compared to other hotels.3

Stayed here for 2 nights in a room for 3 people.
Pros:
- Convenient location, 15min walk from Busan Station
- Central location to most tourist attractions
- Lots of food options nearby
- Great view of Busan city
Cons:
- Rooms were old, outdated & dusty
- Low security, anyone can go in and out of the hotel
- Staff could be friendlier but not horrible
- Beds were stone hard
Not a horrible hotel but probably one of the better hotels in Busan
