Splendid location, just a stairway away from the Busan tower.
Comfortable and cosy room - small just enough for 2 persons.
Manager was very helpful, she assisted to call taxi to the airport and waited till he came.
Manager does speak sufficient English to communicate well.
Reasonable pricing.
Several restaurants, shopping, banks and money changers around.

Very decent hotel, the room was quite big and well equipped, the location is excellent (very close to the train station and Jagalchi market). Nothing too exceptional but good value for money5
