The hotel is about 5 to 10 minute walk from Busan train station, along side to the train tracks. The street is a combination of small places to eat, parking garages and hotels.
The rooms were bigger than expected and clean. The lobby is small and accessible thru a parking garage. One of the rooms had mosquitoes and spray cans to kill them.4

The location is 5 mins walk from Busan KTX station, easy to locate and many eateries too. Convenience store is nearby and there is a big jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. We took taxis to Busan tower, BIFF night market and is about 10 mins ride, fare is affordable too.
Disliked · Hotel only provide one big towel for the entire stay. The overall cleanliness was good but we found dust around the bedside and there are coffee stains around the coffee cups. The housekeeper does not speaks english so we have trouble communicating with her when we needed something. The toilet does have a little sea odour maybe is near to the sea. The room is facing the train tracks so is a little noisy for us.2

The staff were amazing and friendly but the room itself was quite disappointing. The bathroom (where the toilet is) smelled terrible and the toilet seat had smears of something on it and wasn't clean. We were only there for one night so ignored that as well as the dirty floors (found clumps of hair in the corners) and the shower was super awkward going over the bathroom sink. Overall it was reasonably priced and close to Busan Station so somewhat tolerable but for cleanliness, it gets a thumbs down and it would have been better to have paid more to stay in a clean, more sanitary place.
