Great hotel with nice rooms at an amazing price. The location was pretty good and it even had a self serve convenience store on the first floor. They didn’t have laundry soap in stock with the washer and dryers but I didn’t go down and see if they had any either. The place felt safer then others since you had to use your key card to use the elevator. Staff were super helpful and kind.

It's clean but we don't have much amenities like toothbrush or hygiene kit. It should have hygiene kits like normal hotels. We asked the lobby but they said we have to buy at the emart 24 at 1st floor. It should be free wt?

Check in was fast and the service is decent but the location is not the best since it takes quite a while to go to the city center but it is close to gupo metro station. The rooms are amazing with big beds and huge bathroom and it was pretty cheap for $10,000 Won for 4 nights approximately 100 USD. There’s a 7 Eleven down in the lobby card only. Overall, this is an affordable, comfy hotel, which is close to the airports.

Read some negative reviews and thought I shouldn't be affected and just try it out during the Christmas season. Paid abt $300+ for 4 ppl in a room with 2 singles and 1 double.
Pros:
+ There is an 24hr emart just next to the lobby within the hotel itself, so it is really convenient if you needed to grab some food or basic necessities.
+ There are quite a number of convenience stores/restaurants/cafes nearby.
+ Service of front desk is pretty good in my opinion
=> friendly during check in/out
=> able to communicate in basic English
=> we had some food that we made in an eomuk class and the front desk staff even helped us to heat it up as we couldnt understand how to use the microwave oven in emart. This is a huge plus point for me!
+ The hot water in the shower room was hot enough.
Ok ok:
# The hotel is located within about 6 mins walk to a nearby Starbucks whereby you can get nice breakfast.
# The hotel is located within 10 to 15 mins walk to the Busan main Lotte Shopping mall where there are restaurants on the 9F e.g. TGI Fridays.
# Beds and pillows free from bed bugs in our room during our stay, looked rather clean. Comfort wise, ok ok only.
# Shampoo, conditioner, bath gel were provided.
Cons:
- The toilet bowl was clogged on our first night. Imagine that inconvenience, embarrassment and smell!
- I found the sink leaking on the second night because the towel at the bottom was very damp. The housekeeping placed all the towels on the ledge link to the bottom of the sink.
- During the first night when the toilet was clogged, the Front desk mentioned that we have to wait for 10 mins as the maintenance was busy. So we went ahead to have our bath. The maintenance guy came earlier and after knocking twice, he came straight into our room using his card. I personally didnt like that coz you were earlier than the time you set and we were still changing in the room, that's why we couldnt come to the door when you knocked but shouldn't you just be patient and wait? This is a huge nay for me.
- I saw one comment about the transparency of the glass panels of the bathroom. As I am also using frosted glass panels for the bathroom in my own house, i didn't think much of it and thought that it should probably be fine. Hell no! Although i wont say it is transparent, it is a lot more transparent than translucent when we were in the shower. To make things worse, there is a big mirror opposite the glass panels of the bathroom, so yeah..basically "free bathing shows". 😆
- There is no seal between the 2 glass panels of the toilet, so yeah, there is a gap whereby you can see someone doing business in the toilet. 🤣
- There aren't any disposable slippers provided, only rubbery slippers that looked dirty to me. I brought my own disposable slippers so we basically only use 1 rubbery slippers to go into the toilet.
- The unused towels provided were not really clean and occasionally, we find hair on them.
- There is no heater in the bathroom/toilet so yea, if it is winter, it is really cold, especially when you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the loo, you get to "enjoy" the really cold air.
- There is 1 heater/air-conditioner in our room facing the double bed. On the first day before we figured out what is the right temperature and mode to set (there are different setting for heating, cooling, air purification, and one more which we couldn't figure out what), it was either too hot or too cold for us.
- I hated the 2 water taps which we found tough to adjust the temp of the water we wanted. So troublesome!
- The temperature of the hot water coming out of the hand held shower head is higher than that of the rain shower.
On the checkout day, we overheard a group of Taiwanese tourists complaining about losing something in their room. We checked through our stuff to make sure nothing is missing and everything was good.
