I have been living in this guesthouse for a very long time. The service is excellent. The owner always communicates with me if I need something. There is plenty of space on the roof to relax. The rental price is very good. There is an apparatus with hot and cold water, as well as a microwave oven. At my personal disposal is a small kitchen in the room. The room is clean and there is always cleaning. Nearby there is a river and a place for a walk. There are several convenience stores and restaurants with chicken and other food. The road to the metro takes 5 minutes on foot. I am very happy with everything! Thank you very much!5

Nice place to stay if you have group or family
The place was neat and clean.
The road to the hotel was very steep but you can get the great view of han river.4

The guesthouse is a great quirky place. The location is good as it is quite central in Seoul. There is a steep hill to walk up but it’s really not that bad even with luggage. They will also pick you up from the train station if you need. The rooms are nice and ours had a kitchenette. Room was clean. Sheets were clean. Only one problem was that our room had a lot of mosquitoes. There is mosquito net but not really installed properly. They have computers and a printer in the common room. Breakfast options were minimal with cereal, bread, and eggs. I would stay again. Also they have a nice rooftop with nice views of the river!
