Take exit 1 from the station and the place is up the hill, on the corner of the 24h Mart. Despite being centrally located and across the street from Myeongdong market, Myeongdong Guesthouse Como was surprisingly quiet.
Rooms are a bit on the small side and there is not a lot of airflow, but for the price, one can’t really complain. Infrastructure is old and a bit rundown. There is a small main common area, refrigerators located on every floor, and free tea/coffee in the lobby. Reception workers were very kind and helped answer any questions or concerns I had. Passcode locks on every door and fast Wifi available on all the floors. Overall, a great stay for my weekend in Seoul!

Recommended for those tight on budget but want to stay near the subway no matter what. I was, luckily, assigned to a room on the first floor. I don't think there are elevators. This place only provides small towels so bring your own bath towel. No electric kettle in the room too, so fill your bottles at the water dispenser near the counter. The rooms are not very soundproof so we could hear our neighbours. The double bed was smaller than a Queen and was rock hard - it felt like there was a piece of cardboard pasted on top of the mattress. Lastly, the toilet bowl is right in the centre of the designated shower cubicle. TLDR: If wet toilets, hard beds and stairs are a deal breaker for you, don't stay here.
