Overall a clean, spacious and no frills hotel (does not provide tooth paste and brush for sustainability reasons) with slightly dated interior. Sheets are fresh, although mattresses are not super comfortable. Hot shower water available and rooms are well insulated/heated. Location is good, very close to Seoul Station. Service staff at counter speaks good English and happily took a few questions even at 11pm (during our check in). Only stayed for one night in quadruple room before we headed off to ski resort. Paid 210,000W for 4 without breakfast.3

The building is old and can be seen besides the hotels efforts of renovation.
A highlight, though, was the heated floor in the room, which I have never experienced in another hotel yet.
But the window frames are aged, and there is a door in the room that leads to the AC and heating equipment. The bathroom water drain is across the room of the shower, with the result of water all over the bathroom floor after using the shower.
In general it is a very good hotel but not value for money.3

All equipment including air-conditioning are in Korean words. It is not "provide good service or better training" to be a reason for explanation. No one does cleaning room. Bedbugs bites the family. Korea is a great country with no sense of tourism; no other languages in a lot of areas, equipment, shops, etc.3

Nice polite service staff. Unfortunately the room has very poor sound proofing. Rowdy inconsiderate tourists from undeveloped country can turn your stay into nightmare. Complains to hotel has no effect. This should be be classed as a no star motel. Maybe a yeoguan is better.
