The room was clean. Is there a shortage of staff? I stayed for 4 nights, but unfortunately the sheets were never changed.

I regret not being able to take pictures, but I felt that it was clean overall. The information desk did not make me feel empty even when I went around late in the evening or early in the morning, and I felt like they were very helpful. The room itself was very clean, and the shower and spa worked well and were clean. I did it One thing that was disappointing was that the bathtub had a lot of scratches, so I got the feeling that it must have been used by many people. I had no trouble finding it and had a good rest.
