I was greeted by the warmest welcome and they explain to me my platinum benefits. I think they gave me an upgrade but I wasn't sure, the room I stayed in felt like a suite, huge spacious and clean. The location is fantastic being just above coex mall. Breakfast spread was huge and delicious and yummy. I came with my infant and they prepped everything in advanced in the room for me such as baby cot. During meals, baby high chair and cutleries are provided. They also have a breastfeeding room in the lobby. Definitely recommend to stay again.

I stayed here in October 2023. Hotel staff were very friendly. We stayed in a one bedroom suite on a high floor with lounge access. Let me tell you that lounge access is awesome! Great for breakfast and even a light dinner if you don't want to go out. Staff at the lounge were very friendly. Room was a good size and possibly a little small for a suite but it was nice and always clean. It is a good location for shopping and going through Coex shopping and Hyundai mall. I would stay here again!

Beautiful hotel in a great location to explore. Always spotless, and friendly to arrive to. Staff is always eager to help. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Area is very safe. Mall and Department store is accessible from inside.

The lobby was smaller than other hotels, so it felt hectic. But the staff were very friendly and nice. The room is very pleasant and spacious. The amenity scent in the room was neutral, so it suited my taste. If you don't want to wait, I recommend that you go to breakfast in time for the opening. If you touch the card key inside the elevator, my room number will be automatically pressed. Overall, it was a very satisfying hotel.

The location is amazing, but that's where the positives end. No chance to return. Here's a breakdown: The Lobby/Entry: It lacks openness, and the circulation to use is overly complicated. The Staff: While polite, they lack sufficient knowledge for a 5-star hotel. Frequently, the front desk needs to ask others for information to address simple questions. The Room: Renovated and clean, yet disappointingly small with a poorly designed layout, being long and narrow. The ceiling height is notably too low. The Amenities: The minibar falls short compared to other luxury hotels like Park Hyatt, JW M. or Chosun. Individual bottled shampoos and lotions should be provided for enhanced cleanliness and safety.
