Amazing, amazing Hotel! For our trip, this was our first hotel of 3. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Top notch concierge. Location was perfect to train, the convenience store and not a far walk from mall and street vendors. I 100% would recommend. The hotel is just BEAUTIFUL.
Oh, and the Starbucks in there was one of the best ones I have been to.

Me and my boyfriend visited here on our first trip to Seoul. We had just gotten engaged and the hotel were lovely about this and upgraded our room. The service was amazing, friendly and very English speaking friendly. The bars were great and the staff were so friendly and lovely to speak to. The housekeeping were great too and our room was always lovely to come back to after a day of sight seeing. We also visited the restaurant and it was maybe the nicest dinner we have ever had. I couldn't recommend enough and would definitely stay again! Thank you.

My recent stay at L'escape Hotel in central Seoul was an experience par excellence, seamlessly blending the grandeur of traditional Renaissance with modern comfort. The luxurious European vibe was evident in every corner, from the ornate decor to the classic furnishings, creating an ambiance of elegance and charm. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling cityscape of Seoul. It was a delight to find that this exquisite establishment also embraces pet lovers, with the 9th floor dedicated to guests accompanied by their canine companions. This pet-friendly approach added a touch of warmth and inclusivity to an already splendid experience. Whether you are seeking a taste of European luxury in the heart of Seoul or a welcoming place for you and your pet, L'escape Hotel stands out as a top-tier choice. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort earns them a well-deserved five-star rating.

Great. They upgraded our room for free, and it was a super relaxing experience with lots of premium features and gadgets.
Note: there's definitely some maintenance that hasn't been happening. In our room, a lot of the drywall sheets were disconnecting from each other, breaking the paint between them. And certain parts are faded, like the sign that says to not move the bathtub (it's illegible, but we asked). Overall an awesome experience with great service.
But there are funny contrasts in fancy vs. fraying: A humidity button for the room (that doesn't work). Romantic lighting (but no option for functional lighting). Automatic curtains (but no way to keep them partially open or have a sheer curtain). A fancy mirror / TV setup (but the TV is fairly low quality).

This is a note 5 star hotel, don’t let them fool you. The service sucks they don’t give you anything no PJs no extra water no toothpaste, no toothbrush!! They don’t even give you sugar for free for your coffee from the coffee machine in the room! Just beautiful decoration doesn’t make you Five Star Hotel. 10 people working there, only two of them. Speak English! And don’t even think about suitcase service in your room..
