3 nights stay, came with wife and child and the room was cozy (didn't really need that much space bc we were only using it to sleep anyway).
Simple, easy check in process.
The room was very clean and came with good amenities (microwave, kettle, decent slippers, toiletries, baby cot, and even a washer/dryer unit) and had an enclosed balcony to keep our luggage.
There was a little bit of confusion on the lighting system on how to turn off the different sections of the room (there was a typical switch pad for the entry way and bathroom, and a touch pad for the bedroom area), and came with mood/night lights (this is controlled via 2 buttons above each bed, along the headboard), to keep the room from being completely dark.
Air conditioning and ventilation system has their own remote; very quick, very strong.
Super central location - the time to take the MRT to Myeongdong would've been the same as walking so it was enjoyable to just digest all the food we ate walking to/from the shopping areas.5

Group of four tourists. We stayed here for the first week that we were in Seoul and then came back after three days in Busan. The room was amazing, great bathroom and comfortable bedding ranging from the sofa bed to the futons. Room service changes the towels and bins each day. The workers at the front desk are all great English speakers. There’s also a convenience store downstairs inside the hotel which, as the name states, is extremely convenient for late night snacks. Overall a great hotel, best out of the three we stayed at while in SK by a long shot.5

Had a room with 2 twin beds. Room was clean, equipped with microwave, fridge, kitchen sink and washing machine. However, room was very cramped with little walking space and not much storage space for 2 luggages.Bed mattress was OK, only 1 pillow per bed. Request for a 2nd pillow was denied. Lighting system could be improved on, the master bedroom controls even the bathroom light and all lights will come on automatically if you need to light up the bathroom at night. This disrupted the sleep of my partner. Decent breakfast buffet .
