Amazing place for a short stay. I would love to live here some time in my life :) The staffs were so friendly and they had so many facilities. Highly recommended considering the price, location, and everything in general.

Lovely, tidy and comfy place to stay. This place might not be the most luxurious option but with many facilities within the building, which make the experience good enough. I'd recommend this place to someone who's looking for a place with reasonable price or calm vibe to work on.

Lack of English staff
Slow support from front desk staff
You have to chat with the staff via messaging because there is no phone in the room to call from desk staff
The recption is on the 20th floor! So inconvient, when most hotels have the reception on the 1st floor
Slowwww unhelpful staff that leaves at 9pm.
I asked for extra pillows. There was 3 staff members present and I was told I would have to wait until the next day for house cleaning to bring it to me. When I complained then they brought it to me the same day.
Again terrible customer service
You need a card for everything in the room to work. You need a QR code to use the elevator and a 6 digit code to unlock your door! When most hotels you only need 1cars for all 3 functions!
So many other better hotels you can stay at in Seoul. I left quickly and at a much better hotel
